frp®atx – is an application for access control to the premises.

Collecting and Using personal data

When you use frp®atx we collect general information about application usage, and license information without any personally identifiable information, to improve and develop, and enhance the application.

All communication are encrypted. By installing HOST application, you agree to provide your personal or company contact information needed for license generation. Required fields are first name, last name and e-mail address. You can also opt in to receive newsletter from us. We do not verify the accuracy of this information.

Any personal data provided by you and/or collected by us will be handled by us in an appropriate and considerate manner. We will only use your personal data to support our mutual relationship, to understand your needs and to improve our support for your needs. Our use of your personal data improves our offers and services to you, for instance, by helping you stay informed of new software versions.

The collected information is retained for as long as necessary to provide the requested service. However, in compliance with the GDPR, if someone would like to make a subject access request, rectify or delete your data, restrict and object to processing or lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, they are perfectly entitled to do so. For this they contact our Support department with any such requests, and they will strive to respond to him/her in no later than 30 days.

Sharing Information

Any personally identifying information is not shared publicly or with third-parties, except when legally required to do so.

When the information can be shared?

The information may be disclosed to Service Providers approved by us. For instance, it may use third parties to help host the website. These Service Providers may have access to your personal information for a limited time only, but whenever this occurs, we should have a reasonable contractual and technical protections in place to restrict their use of data to helping them provide the service.

Protecting Data

All data is encrypted via SSL/TLS during transmission.

The data is protected within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

We employ administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access.

However, should a security breach take place, the affected users will be informed as soon as possible by our Support department.

Legal requests or prevention of harm

Your information can be accessed, preserved and shared with regulators, law enforcement or others:

  • In response to a legal request (like a search warrant, court order or subpoena) if there is a good faith belief that the law requires to do so. This may include responding to legal requests from jurisdictions outside the United States when there is a good-faith belief that the response is required by law in that jurisdiction, affects users in that jurisdiction, and is consistent with internationally recognized standards.
  • When there is a good-faith belief it is necessary to: detect, prevent and address fraud, unauthorized use of the services, violations of our terms or policies, or other harmful or illegal activity; to protect ourselves (including our rights, property or services), you or others, including as part of investigations or regulatory inquiries; or to prevent death or imminent bodily harm. For example, if relevant, the information can be provided to and received from third-party partners about the reliability of your account to prevent fraud, abuse and other harmful activity on and off our services.

The information received about you can be accessed and preserved for an extended period when it is the subject of a legal request or obligation, governmental investigation, or investigations of possible violations of our terms or policies, or otherwise to prevent harm. The information from accounts disabled for terms violations can be retained for at least a year to prevent repeat abuse or other term violations.

Privacy Policy for Using Google API

This privacy policy describes how the frp®atx application FRP LLC uses information obtained from users through the Google API. We are committed to protecting users’ privacy and ensuring the security of their data while using the following Google API services: Google Contacts, Google Calendar, Gmail, and Google Drive.

  1. Information We Collect

In the course of using Google API services, the frp®atx application may collect the following information:

Google Contacts: The name and email address of contacts, which are used to simplify communication with guests.

Google Calendar: Event details, such as event title, date, time, and participant list, are used for managing bookings and scheduling events.

Gmail: Gmail access is used solely for sending emails to guests related to events scheduled in the calendar. We do not collect or store the content of other emails or metadata beyond this purpose.

Google Drive: Data from Google Drive is used only for storing application data and sharing it with our other application, FRP Host, to ensure synchronization and collaboration necessary for the application’s functionality.

  1. How We Use the Collected Information

We use the information obtained through the Google API exclusively to ensure the proper functioning of the frp®atx application. Examples of data usage include:

Google Contacts: The name and email address of contacts are used for auto-filling contact details during bookings and guest management.

Google Calendar: Calendar data is used to manage the schedule of events and bookings, as well as to send notifications and reminders.

Gmail: Used only to send emails to guests related to events scheduled in the calendar.

Google Drive: Used solely for storing application data and sharing it with the FRP Host application, ensuring synchronization and integration of data between our applications.

  1. Information Sharing

We strictly limit access to the data and ensure that no data obtained through the Google API is shared with third parties, sold, or rented. All data is used solely for the operation of the frp®atx application.

  1. Data Security

We take all necessary measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes the use of modern security and encryption technologies, as well as regular checks of our systems for security vulnerabilities.

  1. User Access and Data Management

Users have the ability to manage their data collected through the Google API via the frp®atx application interface. Users can view, modify, or delete their data at their discretion.

  1. User Consent

By using our application, the user agrees to this privacy policy and grants us permission to access and use data through the Google API solely for the purposes stated above.

  1. Changes

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. Unless otherwise stated, our current Privacy Policy applies to all the information that the Enterprise possess about you and your account. If changes to this Privacy Policy is made, you will be notified by publishing the most recent version on this web page.
